You can save and come back whenever you like, until the deadline

  1. 1. Pre-register

    Enter your name, email and password, then confirm your email through the link we send you.

  2. 2. Register your team

    Team name, student coordinator, other students, advisor professor(s) and coordinating professor.

  3. 3. Send the documentsP-01

    Letters of consent from the institution and the advisor professor, in PDF.

  4. 4. Give your consent

    Accept the rules and the privacy policy.

  5. 5. Review and save

    Review the information and save. You can come back later to complete it.

  6. 6. Confirm your registration

    When everything is complete, click “Submit registration”.

  7. Review by the organizers

    Our team checks the data and documents and you receive an email with the next steps.
